An opportunity arose for me recently to take a trip down memory lane at Molineux the stadium for Wolverhampton Wanderers my hometown football club.
Forty plus years on I found myself watching European Europa League football on a Thursday evening rather than standing on the terraces of the North Bank with my Uncle Bob on a Saturday afternoon.
So much water under the bridge during these years but an optimistic future lies ahead for the club and the supporters.
