Barney
At 85 years of age Barney Senior holds the accolade of being one of the oldest longstanding attendees at the Whitby Goth Festival each year.
I first met Barney with his son Barney Junior at the Festival in April 2019.
Sadly Barney passed away in the summer of 2023 so I would like to think that this portrait is a tribute to his commitment to the Whitby Goth Festival.
